[Home] [Free Gift] [Study Tips] [Class Notes] [About Me] [Awards] [Links & Rings] [Site Map] [Graphics] [Online Tests] I guess if you're here you might like to know about me. I'm a 32 year old wife and mother. I am, of course, Christian, and I am so grateful to the Lord for the awesome gift of His Son, Jesus, as well as for the many blessings He has afforded me. Not a single day passes in my life now that I don't realize the miraculous nature of God's saving grace. I mean, it's truly amazing that Jesus died for someone like me, with all my faults, and all my shortcomings. He suffered, & gave up His life for me! He LET men drive nails into His hands & feet. He LET them mock Him & curse Him. He LET them kill Him. Why was I worth that to Him? Why were any of us worth that? Doesn't that blow your mind?!? For all my shortcomings, which I admit are many, I am certainly glad that my heart has been open enough to receive Him. The Bible says that ". . . He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. . . " Phil 1:5. I try to keep in mind that I am a work in progress. God is working on me, and in my life, every day, and some days I'm more cooperative than others. It's hard sometimes, just giving up all those feelings & attitudes, thoughts & philosophies, that you've been holding on to for a life time. Though I've been saved for several years now, I still have some bad habits, and some serious changing to do.
I have a wonderful, handsome husband, Ed, and together we have four beautiful children, ages 7, 5, and 3, and 10 months - I've been very blessed. You can see pictures of my family by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page. My family is one of the great miracles that God has worked in my life. My husband, Ed, is an aircraft mechanic - a job that he absolutely loves. He's been in that area for a long time in one form or another. You can visit his website by clicking here if you'd like.
I graduated from the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville BSN program in May of 2002. Since that time I have worked as a staff nurse at St. Louis University Hospital in the CTS ICU. I really like it there. I work with some wonderful people and I learn a lot from them.
I just started back to school recently. I'm taking a grad stats class and a physics class at the moment. I've recently been accepted to the SIUE nursing anesthesia program, and will begin that program this fall. PRAISE GOD!! All good things are from HIM you know...I am so stoked! .
I like to spend my free-time in creative endeavors. I love creating things with the computer, and learning nifty webmaster tricks, and I also love creating pages for my scrapbooks. I began making picture tubes for Paint Shop Pro a while back too. I haven't really found much time for hobbies though for quite a while now. Working full time, caring for 4 kids, and trying to do anything else is a little bit time consuming sometimes. Well, that's me in a nutshell. Please feel free to visit the rest of the pages in this section to see pics of my little rugrats. When I get really really ambitious, I change that page and put some pictures of our newest son and updated pics of all the kids.
